The request for a quote and booking must necessarily be submitted by
CONTACT FORM or E-MAIL.
The necessary data as to indicate are:
Will notify you by e-mail the availability of room, its quote and data available for the payment of deposit.
To make a booking you always required to pay a deposit to be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 working days from booking request. Failure to pay the deposit within the stated terms above will result in the automatic cancellation of booking.
If you book 1 night is required balance immediate of the total amount by bank transfer, but if you book 2 or more nights, the deposit required is equal to the amount of 1 night. In this case the balance of stay must be paid at check-in in cash.

Important!!!
If your arrival time should be different from the one indicated in the booking, please inform us promptly, at least 24 hours before arrival date.
You can cancel a booking up to 7 days before the date of check-in communicating by e-mail, without some penalty. |
The bank transfer will be refunded with a new bank transfer (less the expenses of the cost of the same). If we are forced to cancel your booking we will inform you immediately and offer an alternative accommodation with similar characteristics. If we can’t find accommodation to your liking, we will return the full amount of the deposit.

If the cancellation is communicated to us during the 7 days before the date of arrival or in case of no show will be retained in full the deposit.
CHECK-IN is only from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
Aren't accepted night arrivals because it isn't planned a concierge service 24 hours.
To avoid unpleasant expectations and ensure a pleasant welcome, we ask you to inform us about your arrival time at least 24 hours before.
If, for obvious reason or for any unforeseen, it isn't possible to respect these hours, please contact us immediately for further agreements.
Except for the cases where we are informed in advance of your eventual delay, if we don't receive your communication, we reserve the faculty of consider the stay as a no-show by applying the related fines.
Upon arrival you will necessarily produce a valid identity document (passport or identity card). If you don’t have valid documents you will not stay in our structure and we will apply penalties related to the no-show.
The balance of your stay is due upon arrival and in cash.
After that we will give you the house key you can organize your stay in complete freedom.
If you anticipate the departure we withhold the full balance of the stay.

If you prolong the stay, it will not be applied any penalty. But if we don’t have availability of rooms we will impose check-out.
The CHECK-OUT day, room must be vacated no later than 10.30 am, to allow for cleaning of the room. If you don’t comply with this hour you will be charged an extra night.
PRIVACY INFORMATION
The staff of Cloris Guest House, in accordance with the regulations, guarantees the confidentiality of data provided by e-mail or telephone calls, their use is reserved exclusively to the request for availability / reservation and the communication to the Public Security organs, therefore will not be disclosed to third parties.
